209 returned to traffic yesterday after some months of being out of service, it was noted on the 15:25 Limerick and today it worked back up to dublin and then to Cork on the 13:00 with Mk3s and 16:30 return.
206, 207, 227 should be on the Enterprise today with 221 spare at Connolly. 227 River Laune. |

It will be a nice surprise if 233 ends up on the Enterprise next, maybe tomorrow! It's probably replacing 206 which failed on the Enterprise yesterday. 227 took over from 206 yesterday and operated the 1650 service to Belfast, after 206 was uncoupled and hauled away by 160.

I saw 218 at Glounthaune, Cork today a couple of times, with 2 or 3 Mk3s.
I assume she was on Cork-Cobh, but I thought this was always railcars - is this unusual? A. |

The three Enterprise locos today were 221, 224, 225. Unfortunately 233 was nowhere to be seen,

218 & a push/pull Mk3 set worked additional services to Cobh today because a cruise liner is visiting cobh.
209 worked the 08:10 Heuston-Tralee. GM088 |

Half way during the day the p/pulls that were scheadualed for the additional services had swaped over to form the regulars... |

It was on this morning's 0535 Limerick - Heuston, so not on Enterprise today!

Hopefully 233 will come back soon. Whatever about 2800s going to Sligo or 2600s on Galway trains surely 233 on the Ent. would be the working of the year!!!
221 and 225 spotted on Ent. today with 207 in Connolly shed. |

8208, 212 and 203 are all in Limerick this evening. 209 is on the Cork standby MK3 set. 233 worked the 1125 Limerick today.
