As you will have already seen we are having a lot of bother here in the UK with the issue of Drivers refusing to open and shut doors; they say on safety grounds. I wonder if the experts among you would confirm, or otherwise, the following:
1) That IE drivers of the Dart, Commuter and InterCity trains are responsible for opening and shutting doors,
2) That there have not been any fatalities/injuries using this system
3) That this system has been in use for a long time ( how long?)
4). Does the same system work on NIR trains?
