I loved the Wickla accent of the announcer on the Wickla train this evening. Just to make the commuters to the Garden County feel they were already home.

All 20 2800s in service today again, none of these Intercity Railcars sulking in Connolly shed to annoy people. 2805/06/2607/08 worked the 1230
Pearse-Drogheda. Later 2805/06/2607/08/2801/02/11/12 worked the 1750 Pearse-Dundalk.

071s forever wrote: Yes,I agree with you with the above statement, thats why if I need to go up that part of the country I would gladly use my car to get there....in half the time. With the new Gorey By-Pass and all the road improvements nationally,i use the car most of the time, really you can blame people.....in their own comfort, put on what music you like. Sure when you go to Wexford 071s forever, don't you go in the car? Everybody can't be wrong. Yes Sir.
