last scheduled 2800 class working was the 1300 Rosslare Europort - Maynooth service worked by 2807+2808+2818+2817. 2810gricer was on hand at Arklow to record

Today saw the last 08:25 Cobh - Tralee through service. The new timetable sees the end of Class 29000&#39;s to Carlow and indeed all Heuston based workings so I took a spin to Carlow this evening to sample a 29000
on the Waterford Branch for one final time.

Tamper 751 was stabled in Kildare and Sandite 734 was going out on its nightly trip of the Dublin Suburban System.

With the Rosslare - Dublin line closed between Gorey - Wicklow due to landslides at two locations it became necessary to swap out the 29000 DMU No. 29024 which
had been providing services between Rosslare and Gorey since the closure last weekend. To enable this to happen 29019 was sent from Drogheda to Rosslare via
Carlow, Waterford and the South Wexford line on Saturday and then worked the 1740 Rosslare - Gorey service.... ]]></description>
